Dr. Tyler Wyatt graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from the University of Houston along with receiving the Family Practice service Award. He then completed a residency in primary care optometry at the Salt Lake City Veterans Hospital with extensive training in ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and other maladies. As part of his residency, he trained under Dr. Harald Olafsson at the Moran Eye Institute in the effective use of specialty contact lenses to improve vision in patients with keratoconus, corneal transplants, radial keratotomy(RK), aphakic infants, and other corneal conditions. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Utah Optometric Association.
Dr. Wyatt and his beautiful wife are blessed to have 1 daughter who keeps them very busy. He enjoys fly fishing, woodworking, gardening and most things that keep him outside. He is also fluent in Spanish.
